Swiss Goldline provides wedding and event transport across Switzerland, a white Mercedes S-Class for the couple, vehicles or coaches for the guests, and a schedule that gets everyone between the ceremony, the photographs and the reception without anyone waiting in a car park.
We work from your running order, not from a booking form. Tell us the venues and the times and we will build the vehicle plan around them, then hold it on the day so you are not the one checking whether the cars have arrived.

Most couples book the car first and discover the logistics afterwards. The car is the easy part.
What takes planning is everything around it: the time the couple needs to leave to arrive neither early nor late; where the cars wait during a ceremony that may run over; how the photographer gets between locations; how guests who flew in and have no car reach a vineyard reception twenty minutes outside the city; and what happens at one in the morning when the reception ends and nobody wants to drive.
We plan the whole movement. You give us the venues and the running order, and we come back with a vehicle schedule showing where each car is at every point in the day, which we hold on the day with a single coordinator who keeps the drivers to it. That coordinator talks to your planner or your venue, not to you, because you will be busy.

We provide wedding transport across Zurich and the lake, the city's civil registry weddings, church ceremonies, and the lakeside and country venues around Küsnacht, Rüschlikon, Thalwil and out toward Rapperswil.
Zurich weddings have a logistical quirk worth planning around: the civil ceremony at the Stadthaus and the celebration are often in different places on the same day, sometimes with hours between them and a guest group that has nowhere particular to be in the interval. We build that gap into the schedule. Guests moved to a holding venue or back to hotels, the couple taken to photographs, and everyone brought together for the reception without a convoy of confused cars following a satnav.
We also cover Zug, Lucerne, Schwyz and the central Swiss venues, and transfers from Zurich Airport for guests flying in.

Anniversaries, celebrations and private events
We provide the same planning for occasions that are not weddings: milestone birthdays and anniversaries, baptisms and confirmations, graduations, private parties, corporate galas and diplomatic receptions.
The work is the same shape. Guests arriving from several directions at once, a venue with limited access or parking, and a departure at the end of the evening that needs to happen in twenty minutes rather than two hours. We handle arrival sequencing so guests are not queuing at a gate, standing vehicles through the event, and a staged departure at the end.
For golf days and sporting events we run transport to courses around Lake Geneva, Crans-Montana and the Zurich region, with the vehicle held at the course for the day rather than booked each way.

Our home region is Lake Geneva. Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Vevey and Nyon, including the Lavaux vineyard terraces, the lakeside palace hotels and the châteaux and domaines across Vaud. We know the access roads, the parking limitations and which gates the cars can actually reach.
We also cover Zurich and central Switzerland, Gstaad, Verbier, Crans-Montana and Zermatt for mountain weddings, and Lucerne and the Bernese Oberland.
Mountain venues need more planning than lake venues: the roads are slower than a map suggests, winter access can change at short notice, Zermatt is car-free so the journey ends at Täsch, and several of the best venues are reached by a final stretch that a saloon car should not attempt. We will tell you what the real journey time is and which vehicle it needs.

Wedding transport is quoted per wedding, because the couple's car is usually the smallest part of it. The guest numbers, the number of venues and how late the evening runs matter more to the price. What is fixed is the structure. We quote the whole day as a single agreed price rather than by the hour, so a ceremony that overruns does not generate an extra charge or a chauffeur who has to leave. Waiting time between ceremony, photographs and reception is built into the quote, not added to it. Can you transport our guests as well as us?
Yes, and for most weddings it matters more than the couple's car. We run guests between hotels, ceremony and reception in cars, V-Class vehicles or coaches depending on numbers, with a return schedule through the evening, which is the part couples most often forget until a week beforehand, when the good options are gone.
What car do you provide for the couple?
A white Mercedes-Benz S-Class with a chauffeur in formal dress. For wedding party and guest transport we use our standard fleet of S-Class, V-Class and luxury SUVs.
Do you cover weddings in Zurich?
Yes, across Zurich, the lake, and Zug, Lucerne and central Switzerland.
What happens if the ceremony runs late?
Nothing, from your side. We build waiting time into the schedule and quote the day as a fixed price, so an overrun does not generate an extra charge or a chauffeur who needs to leave. Our coordinator adjusts the rest of the day's movements and speaks to the venue, not to you.
Can you handle a mountain or Alpine wedding?
Yes, in Gstaad, Verbier, Crans-Montana, Zermatt and the Bernese Oberland, with vehicles suited to the roads rather than to the photographs. Mountain journeys take longer than a map suggests, winter access can change at short notice, and Zermatt is car-free so the drive ends at Täsch. We will give you realistic journey times before you set the running order.
Do you work with wedding planners and venues?
Yes, and we would rather deal with your planner than with you on the day. We work from the running order, confirm the vehicle schedule with the planner or venue coordinator in advance, and report to them rather than interrupting the couple.
Can you provide accessible vehicles for guests?
Yes. We operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles with ramp access, and we would rather you told us at the planning stage than discovered it on the morning.
