Swiss Goldline VIP Services

Private Concierge and Lifestyle Management in Switzerland

Geneva · Lausanne · Zurich · the Alpine resorts, for private clients, family offices and executives

SwissGoldLine manages the day-to-day for private clients, family offices and executives in Switzerland. Restaurant and event access, private aviation, household staff, property and vehicle logistics, relocation, and the hundred small arrangements that a week in Geneva or a season in Gstaad actually requires.

You work with one dedicated manager who knows your preferences and does not need re-briefing. We are based in Switzerland, and we are independent of any hotel or travel group.

Services

What a private concierge handles

Most requests fall into these categories. If something is not listed, ask, the answer is usually yes.

  • Restaurants and venues

Tables at Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich restaurants including same-week requests at places that are nominally full, private dining rooms, and chef's table or full-restaurant bookings for private groups.

  • Events and access

Tickets, hospitality and transport for Montreux Jazz, Art Basel, Watches & Wonders Geneva, the Geneva and Lausanne opera and ballet seasons, Formula 1 and tennis finals, and the Alpine winter calendar.

  • Private aviation and transfers

Charter quotes and bookings, helicopter transfers to the Alpine resorts, FBO handling at Geneva and Zurich, and chauffeur-driven ground transport through our own fleet rather than a subcontractor.

  • Accommodation

Suites and private residences in Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Gstaad, Verbier, Zermatt and St. Moritz, including seasonal chalet rental and the staffing that goes with it.

  • Household and staff

Recruitment and vetting of private chefs, housekeepers, nannies, drivers and estate staff; management of existing household teams; property opening and closing for seasonal arrivals.

  • Property and vehicle logistics

Home readiness before arrival, maintenance and contractor supervision, vehicle storage, servicing, winter tyre changes and delivery to wherever you are.

  • Relocation and settling in

School places, residence permit paperwork, bank introductions, insurance, utilities, registration with the commune, and the practical sequence of establishing a household in Switzerland.

  • Personal shopping and acquisitions

Watch and jewellery sourcing, boutique appointments outside opening hours where the boutique agrees, art and auction logistics, gift sourcing and seasonal shopping.

  • Travel planning

Itineraries in Switzerland and onward in Europe, with the ground arrangements, reservations and transfers built in rather than listed as suggestions.

  • Day-to-day administration

Deliveries, appointments, pharmacy and dry-cleaning collection, pet care and transport, and the standing arrangements that keep a household running while you are elsewhere.

Geneva

Private concierge services in Geneva

Geneva is where most of our work is. It is a small city with a disproportionate concentration of private wealth, family offices, international organisations and private banks, and a service infrastructure that runs substantially on relationships rather than booking systems.

That is the practical reason to use someone local. A table at a restaurant that shows no availability online, a boutique appointment outside opening hours, a contractor who will actually come on a Friday afternoon in August, a residence permit file that moves rather than sits, these are not products you can buy. They depend on who is asking and whether the person being asked expects to deal with them again next month. For clients based in Geneva we manage standing arrangements: the household, the vehicles, the regular restaurants, the seasonal moves to the mountains. For visiting clients we handle the week, arrival at the airport or the FBO, accommodation, the dinners, the meetings, the children, the departure. Geneva Airport is ten minutes from the centre, Lausanne is under an hour, and Gstaad, Verbier and Chamonix are each inside two and a half hours, which is what makes Geneva the sensible base for almost any Swiss itinerary.

Watches & Wonders and the Geneva event calendar

Watches & Wonders in April is the hardest week of the year to arrange anything in Geneva. Hotels are booked months ahead at multiples of normal rates, restaurants are taken over for brand dinners, and the city's cars and drivers are committed before the exhibitor list is public.

We plan that week from the previous autumn: accommodation held early, dinner reservations placed before the calendar fills, dedicated vehicles and chauffeurs assigned for the duration rather than booked per journey, and brand appointment scheduling arranged around your meetings rather than the other way round. Access to individual maison appointments and private salons depends on your own relationships with the brands, we coordinate around them.

The same approach applies to the rest of the Geneva calendar: the Geneva Motor Show when it runs, the opera and ballet seasons, UN and diplomatic conference weeks, and the Escalade in December.

Zurich

Concierge services in Zurich

Zurich works differently from Geneva. It is a corporate and banking city rather than a diplomatic one, the working language is German, and the requests we handle there skew toward business logistics: executive travel, board and client dinners, conference and offsite arrangements, and relocation for senior arrivals and their families.

We manage restaurant and venue bookings across the city and around the lake, private dining for client entertaining, dedicated vehicles and chauffeurs for executive travel and multi-car roadshows, inter-city travel to Geneva, Basel and Bern, and transfers to Davos, St. Moritz and the eastern resorts. Zurich Airport is twenty minutes from the centre, Davos is two hours, St. Moritz two hours forty. For families relocating to Zurich we handle school places, residence registration, housing searches and the practical sequence of setting up, in German where it needs to be in German, which is most of it.

WEF Davos week

Davos in January is a logistics problem rather than a booking problem. Accommodation in the town itself is committed a year ahead, road access is restricted and security-controlled, and the practical solution for most attendees is to base outside Davos and move in daily.

We arrange accommodation in Klosters, Davos Dorf or further down the valley, dedicated vehicles and chauffeurs held for the week, scheduling around the road closures and accreditation checkpoints, and helicopter transfers where the roads make them worth it. Planning for January starts the previous summer.

Lake Geneva and the Alps

Lausanne, Montreux and the Alpine resorts

Lausanne and the Riviera are a residential market rather than a visiting one: our clients there are households, and the work is ongoing rather than event-driven, the staff, the properties, the schools, the seasonal moves. Lausanne is also an Olympic city with a sports-institution calendar of its own, and Montreux's summer is organised around the Jazz Festival, which has the same booking dynamics as Watches & Wonders on a smaller scale. In the mountains, the work is seasonal and concentrated. We manage chalet arrivals and departures in Gstaad, Verbier, Zermatt, Crans-Montana and St. Moritz. Property opened and heated before you land, staff in place, ski passes, instructors and equipment arranged, restaurant tables booked for the week rather than requested each evening, and vehicles and helicopter transfers that account for weather and road closures.

The St. Moritz and Alpine winter season

The Alpine winter season is booked far earlier than people expect. Christmas and New Year in St. Moritz, Gstaad and Verbier are committed by late summer; the February half-term weeks not long after. Restaurant tables for the peak weeks are taken before the lifts open, and the properties worth having are let to the same families year after year.

If you are planning a season or a peak week, the realistic timeline is to start six to nine months ahead. We hold accommodation, staff and vehicles at that stage, then build the week around them, the Snow Polo and White Turf weekends in St. Moritz, the Hublot Polo Gold Cup in Gstaad, and the restaurants and mountain huts that need to be arranged rather than walked into.

Private clients and family offices

Concierge services for UHNW clients and family offices

A significant share of our work comes through family offices rather than directly from the principal, and that changes how the service has to run.

Family offices need a supplier that reports properly: itemised invoices that reconcile, written confirmations, a single point of accountability, and no surprises on a statement. They need someone who can be briefed once and then left to operate. Handling the household, the properties, the vehicles and the travel without escalating every decision. And they need absolute discretion about the principal, the family and the arrangements, including from other suppliers.

We work on that basis. One manager holds the relationship, with a named deputy so there is continuity through holidays and illness. Standing preferences are documented and kept current. Every chauffeur and household placement signs a confidentiality agreement. We invoice monthly against a schedule the office can reconcile, and we do not publish client names, use client references in marketing, or discuss one client with another.

For principals with security requirements, we coordinate with your existing protection team or provide our own security-trained chauffeurs and close protection officers under the same contract. Close protection

Corporate

Executive and corporate concierge

We handle executive travel and corporate hospitality for companies operating in Switzerland. Board meetings, client entertaining, investor roadshows, conferences and offsites.

For executive travel that means dedicated vehicles and chauffeurs for the duration rather than per journey, inter-city movement between Geneva, Zurich, Basel, Bern and Lausanne, private aviation and FBO handling, and one coordinator holding the full itinerary with a single consolidated invoice at the end. For corporate events and retreats we source venues against a real brief. Capacity, private dining, breakout and board rooms, overnight accommodation on site, accessibility, discretion, across Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Zurich and the resort hotels that handle corporate groups out of season. We negotiate the contract, manage the on-site logistics and guest transport, and run the day itself so your team is not doing it.

Engagement

How we work and what it costs

Concierge services are usually billed in one of three ways, and it is worth knowing which you are buying.

A monthly or annual retainer covers an agreed scope of ongoing management, a household, a property, a family's standing arrangements, with requests included up to the agreed level. This suits clients and family offices with continuous needs.

Per-request or per-project pricing is quoted in advance for a defined piece of work: a visiting week, an event, a relocation, a season in the mountains. This suits clients who need us intermittently.

Commission from suppliers is the third model, and it is the one to ask about. A concierge paid by the hotel, the venue or the charter broker has an interest in which one you choose. Third-party costs. Restaurants, flights, accommodation, staff wages, tickets, are passed through at cost with documentation.

We quote retainers and per-request work in writing before we begin.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private concierge cost in Switzerland?

We quote per client rather than publishing rates, because the work ranges from a single visiting week to the continuous management of a household, its staff, its vehicles and its travel. Three things determine the figure: whether you want an ongoing retainer or per-request support, the scope of what we manage, and how much of it is standing rather than occasional. Third-party costs such as restaurants, flights, accommodation, staff wages and tickets are passed through at cost with documentation. The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins, and the first conversation is not chargeable.

What is the difference between a private concierge and a hotel concierge?

A hotel concierge works for the hotel and serves you while you are a guest; a private concierge works for you, continuously, and is not tied to a property, a travel group or a supplier that pays them. In practice that means a private concierge handles things no hotel desk will, your household staff, your vehicles, your children's schools, your residence paperwork, a season in a chalet you rent privately, and has no commercial reason to steer you toward one venue over another.

Do you work on a membership or retainer basis?

Both. We offer monthly or annual retainers for clients and family offices with ongoing needs, and per-request pricing quoted in advance for defined work such as a visiting week, an event or a relocation. Minimum terms, if any, are confirmed in writing before you start.

Which cities and regions do you cover?

Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Vevey, Nyon, Zurich, Basel and Bern, plus the Alpine resorts. Gstaad, Verbier, Zermatt, Crans-Montana, St. Moritz and Davos. Our strongest coverage is the Lake Geneva arc, where we are based. We arrange onward travel elsewhere in Europe and work worldwide on request.

Can you get a table at a restaurant that is fully booked?

Often, yes, but anyone in this business who tells you always is lying to you. Restaurants hold tables back, cancellations happen, and a request from someone the restaurant knows and expects to deal with again next month is treated differently from an online booking. What we will not do is promise a table we cannot get and then tell you on the day. If something is genuinely not possible we say so immediately and offer the alternative we would choose ourselves.

Who handles executive and C-level business travel in Switzerland?

SwissGoldLine handles executive and board-level travel across Geneva, Zurich, Basel, Bern and Lausanne. Dedicated vehicles and chauffeurs assigned for the duration, private aviation and FBO handling, inter-city movement, client entertaining and roadshow logistics, coordinated by one contact and billed on a single consolidated invoice.

Can you arrange a luxury conference venue in Geneva with private dining and event space?

Yes. We source venues in Geneva and around Lake Geneva against your actual brief. Delegate numbers, private dining, breakout and board rooms, on-site overnight accommodation, accessibility and discretion, then negotiate the contract, manage guest transport and run the on-site logistics on the day. Resort hotels in Montreux, Vevey and the Alpine resorts take corporate groups out of season at materially better rates than central Geneva, which is worth knowing if your dates are flexible.

Do you work with family offices?

Yes, and a significant share of our clients come through one. We invoice monthly against a reconcilable schedule, provide written confirmations and itemised third-party costs, and operate from a documented brief so the office is not managing us day to day. One named manager holds the relationship with a named deputy for continuity.

How far ahead should I book for the Alpine winter season?

Six to nine months for Christmas, New Year and the February half-term weeks in St. Moritz, Gstaad, Verbier and Zermatt. Properties, staff and the better restaurant tables for those weeks are committed by late summer. For WEF Davos in January, planning starts the previous summer. For Watches & Wonders in Geneva in April, the previous autumn.

Are you available 24/7?

Yes. Retainer clients have their manager's direct mobile number. Outside that, we answer the main line 24 hours a day. +41 76 682 83 83.

How do you protect client confidentiality?

Every member of our team and every household or chauffeur placement signs a confidentiality agreement, we do not publish client names or use client references in marketing, and we do not discuss one client with another or with suppliers beyond what an arrangement requires.

What languages do you work in?

Geneva and Lausanne operate in French, Zurich in German, and English works throughout, but a residence permit file, a school application or a contractor dispute goes faster in the local language, and we handle those in the language they need to be in. Coordinators can match your preferred working language on request, including French, English and German.

Can you help us relocate to Switzerland?

Yes. We handle the practical sequence of establishing a household. School places, housing search, residence registration with the commune, permit paperwork, bank and insurance introductions, utilities, and recruiting household staff. We are not immigration lawyers and do not give legal advice on permit eligibility; for that we introduce you to a specialist.

Do you take commission from hotels or suppliers?

We are paid by you for coordination and management. If a supplier pays a referral fee in a given category, we disclose it. Our recommendations are based on your brief and what fits the arrangement, not on undisclosed incentives.
